Basic service set identifiers (BSSID) is utilized to describe segments of a wireless local area network or WLAN. It perceives the access point or router because it has a remarkable address which makes the wireless network. BSSID recognizes the basic service sets that are 48-bit labels and adjusts to MAC-48 conventions. It is a 48 bit identifier for basic service sets. Each access point will have an extraordinary BSSID as each should have an extraordinary MAC address.
